About Me
I’m Erin Herle.
I’ve spent my adult life in high-performance environments competing, coaching, studying, and learning what pressure really does to people. I hold a master’s in sport and performance psychology and I’m a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. I’ve also earned a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, stood on international podiums, fought in cages, taught seminars around the world, and worked through burnout more than once.
That mix of experience is what shapes how I work. I don’t separate what I’ve studied from what I’ve lived. Both matter. Both show up in the way I support people who are capable, driven, and under pressure.
Most of the people I work with don’t need motivation. They need clarity. They need tools that hold up when things get messy, and the space to figure out how to use them without judgment or pretense.
